About the shortcut menus

Most ProjectForce commands can be executed by selecting the command name from a shortcut menu that appears when you click the right mouse button while the pointer is over an object that you want the command to act upon. This menu is context-sensitive. For example, only commands that can be executed based on the current user’s security privileges and the selected document’s status are enabled in the menu.

For example, in the following figure of the menu for a checked-in document, the Check Out command is enabled and the Check In command is invisible.
